Went to spend a couple of days with Bebo and Pa in Missouri while my Dad was on a work trip! Pa is in the hospital due to an infection in his leg & Bebo is having a hard time breathing so I was there to keep her company and take her to the hospital to see Pa. They live in Pineville, which is so tiny, so the closest hospital is in Joplin, which is about 40 minutes away. Pa was doing well though; he was in good spirits and he continually had a lot of visitors. The drive to Missouri from Trophy club is about 8 hours. That drive reminds me a lot of drive to Blacksburg; it's all free land and there are so many beautiful things to look at. Missouri was nice though, it was great to see some of my Dad's side of the family that I didn't get to see a lot when I lived in VA.
I leave Texas in 2 days :(. I'm excited to go to New Orleans with my girls but I will miss home so much. This month seriously FLEW by. Although, once we're back at school we only have a little over a month until Spring break, which is exciting to think about! Spring semester always goes by really fast and just thinking of this summer brings so much happiness to my heart. I have so much to look forward to! I am going to try really hard to just focus on it day by day though, we'll see how that goes :)
